Starting my journey in the real estate realm back in 2010, I kickstarted my career as a sales agent at the esteemed Corporate Headquarters sales office. Over the course of 9 years, I meticulously crafted a highly successful sales path, resulting in the honor of receiving multiple prestigious awards from both my company and the industry.

In 2017, acknowledging my prowess as an agent, I was offered a role in Business Development coaching. Embracing this opportunity, I took on the responsibility of training and guiding numerous new agents, instilling in them the skills and knowledge needed to thrive. Moreover, I conducted various tech training sessions, catering to the needs of both novice and seasoned agents.

Demonstrating my commitment to personal growth and expertise, I earned my Broker's license in 2018, which paved the way for a momentous occasion – leading the sales team at the Pompton Plains sales office. My dynamic approach led me to introduce several strategic changes that significantly boosted the office's overall productivity.

With my reputation for excellence growing, I took on the challenge of overseeing not just the Pompton Plains sales office but also the esteemed Kinnelon office in 2019. Through meticulous planning and dedication, I successfully elevated their profitability and operational efficiency.

Currently, I embrace my latest venture as the leader of Weichert Livingston, considered one of the top offices in the entire company. My guiding principle remains unwavering – to coach my team members with the same level of expertise and skill that once made me a flourishing real estate agent. Ensuring their success remains my utmost priority.
